Dahlia Dreidel

Six petals, six Hebrew letters, one unapologetic burst of pink. This is the dreidel that does not blend in. Hot pink crystals at every tip, a ring of beads at the center, and colors bold enough to claim the whole Hanukkah table. 1.25 in H x 2 in W. Handmade in New York.

CompareNot a Shy Flower
Some flowers bloom quietly. This one does not. Six petals open wide – hot pink, violet, deep blue, turquoise – each one holding a Hebrew letter inside it. Nun, Gimel, Hey, Shin, tucked into petals like secrets that are not trying very hard to stay secret.
The dahlia is the flower that fills the vase all by itself. This dreidel fills the table the same way.
The Artistry
A six-petal flower shape in a bold palette of hot pink, magenta, violet, blue, and turquoise. Each petal is hand-painted with metallic pigments and sealed under artist resin. Hebrew letters – the dreidel’s four traditional characters – are cut into the petals themselves. Hot pink crystals mark every petal tip. A ring of pink and turquoise beads circles the center, leading to a hot pink glass bead at the handle.
