Sukkat shalom – the shelter of peace. We ask for it in our prayers, we build it during Sukkot, we try to create it in our homes. This mezuzah imagines it as a tree where doves come to rest.

Four birds perch in the silver branches, each one painted differently, each one at home. They found this tree and stayed. That is the promise of shelter – not just walls, but welcome.

The Artistry

This is among the largest and most sculptural mezuzahs in the collection. The silver tree spreads wide, its branches curving to hold the gathered doves. Each bird is hand-painted: teal and silver, crimson and copper, soft pink and gray. The trunk flows with color – aqua, lavender, coral – bordered by copper rope and scattered with crystals. A central Shin medallion marks the heart of the tree.
